Profiles are not loading

I now see tons of npubs again, with even more confusing profile pictures.

Some profiles load slowly, others I'm not sure if they load ever.

Why did Snort consistently not find my profile information?
The placeholder image should maybe look more like a placeholder image and not pick a gender and style for example

Why "must"? And why do you need a NIP to solve it? Find 50 direct replies and when the user scrolls, load more. Not sure what I'm missing.

Adding an image doesn't work
