Reproduced. the messages in this screenshot were inserted above Seba's last chat message. Almost like he has priority chat status or something :)

Events are signed by the creator with their local clock time, we show messages in time order. This means their clock is ahead or behind others, happens sometimes.

Proposal: Create API call which can be used to create clock sync
