df495dbd9a move ff_mpeg4_find_frame_end() from h263dec.c to mpeg4video_parser.c 
now h263dec depends on mpeg4video_parser
this fixes compilation when h263 decoder is disabled

c08fb00016 Make protocols configure selectable and also cleanup the CONFIG_NETWORK 
related parts (rtp,rtsp,sdp). Currently they are interdependent.

3af6d5cf2f There were two files, libavformat/grab.c and libavformat/grab_bktr.c declaring 
the video_grab_device_demuxer AVInputFormat.  Use two different names for the
AVInputFormats to reduce confusion and remove ugliness from the Makefile.
