7ead693b79 Do not print an (L)GPL license statement when nonfree parts have been compiled 
into FFmpeg.  Instead warn that the resulting binary is unredistributable.

d6773f563d Pass argc and argv to the main function of the SDL tests.

79db7ac6ef Fix memory leak in h264 decoder. allocated_edge_emu_buffer was being allocated 
in both mpegvideo and h264 decoder. Fixed by allowing all (master and duplicate)
contexts to fully initialize in MPV_frame_start and copying these into
H264Contexts.
