f6774f905f mpegvideo: operate with pointers to AVFrames instead of whole structs 
The most interesting parts are initialization in ff_MPV_common_init() and
uninitialization in ff_MPV_common_end().

ff_mpeg_unref_picture and ff_thread_release_buffer have additional NULL
checks for Picture.f, because these functions can be called on
uninitialized or partially initialized Pictures.

NULL pointer checks are added to ff_thread_release_buffer() stub function.

a6a2282c25 rv30: fix extradata size check. 
It has been checking the number of bits in the offset instead of the
actual offset.

783e37f7ef rv30: fix masking in rv30_loop_filter() 
The mask `x && (1 << y)' is incorrect and always yields true.

The correct form should be `x & (1 << y)'.

9a2e79116d golomb: use unsigned arithmetics in svq3_get_ue_golomb() 
This prevents undefined behaviour of signed left shift if the coded
value is larger than 2^31. Large values are most likely invalid and
caused errors or by feeding random.

Validate every use of svq3_get_ue_golomb() and changed the place there
the return value was compared with negative numbers. dirac.c was clean,
fixed rv30 and svq3.

657ccb5ac7 Eliminate FF_COMMON_FRAME macro. 
FF_COMMON_FRAME holds the contents of the AVFrame structure and is also copied
to struct Picture.  Replace by an embedded AVFrame structure in struct Picture.

ba87f0801d Remove explicit filename from Doxygen @file commands.

bad5537e2c Use full internal pathname in doxygen @file directives. 
Otherwise doxygen complains about ambiguous filenames when files exist
under the same name in different subdirectories.

6751a00a3f RV30 decoder passes possible frame sizes in extradata and selects 
an appropriate frame size from them in slice, make my decoder do
that as well.

This fixes issue 779
