afecbec22b unset extension, so code path, and guess format do not choose

f841a0fca1 Add a flags field to the RTPDynamicPayloadPacketHandlerProc (PKT_FLAG_*). 
This can be used later by RDT to get the flags from the RTP packet and
use that for the RealMedia packet (such as whether this RTP packet
represents a keyframe or not). For discussion, see "[PATCH] Realmedia
/ RTSP (RDT)".

dba13944f0 do not return an error, but warn and recover when encountering an audio packet 
that should countain a signaled mpeg-pes packet.

28af284cfb When new streams are detected, look for old filters and close them out. 
This avoids crashes seen when legitimate streams are found on PID 0x11 instead
of DVB SDT.

8622613d9f fix issue 225, instead of stoping when wrong atom size is found, 
limit atom size to what is left, assuming container atom has correct size..
cricket4.3g2 has incorrect moov atom size which indicates that file size should be
2 bytes bigger than it is and quicktime reads it correctly though.

d6a0906ad1 When looking for the last packet in each 
stream, so as to calculate the duration, don't stop
as soon as all streams have seen at least one packet.
