15546f772c examples/avio_dir_cmd: drop support for move/delete operations 
They use non-public functions, which is unacceptable for a public API
example. Rename the example back to avio_list_dir.

This effectively reverts c84d208c27 and
767d780ec0.

e512d893bf examples/encode_video: only add sequence end code for mpeg1/2 video 
Only add sequence end code for mpeg1/mpeg2 video, or else use the encoder
libx264 or libx265 in this sample, decoding the output file will get
unknow NALU type error.

0519e66a90 examples: Add a VA-API transcode example. 
Usage is:
./vaapi_transcode input_stream codec output_stream
For example:
- ./vaapi_transcode input.mp4 h264_vaapi output_h264.mp4
- ./vaapi_transcode input.mp4 vp8_vaapi output_vp8.ivf

Does not handle resolution changes on the input stream.

9b955eece6 examples/vaapi_encode: Remove redundancy check when free context. 
avcodec_free_context have handle NULL pointer case, so caller doesn't
need to check the NULL before call this function.
