074a9d2b58 The configure test for ebx fails because it is run before the -mdynamic-no-pic 
check. Move it before the ebx test and remove -mdynamic-no-pic from
VHOOKCFLAGS later on.

c08fb00016 Make protocols configure selectable and also cleanup the CONFIG_NETWORK 
related parts (rtp,rtsp,sdp). Currently they are interdependent.
