7866eeff46 m4v input support 
return the correct number of bytes consumed for decding h263 like formats (needed for reading raw streams) this could break some divx files with b frames, so please tell me ASAP if u notice any problems

75bdb984c7 Add the transfer of the new parameters from ffmpeg to ffserver and vice-versa 
This adds functions to send and receive doubles and also null terminated strings.

2a10020bf3 * ok - let's start with avifile->ffmpeg morphing 
for the begining it's major rewrite of asf parsing code
  (tested only inside avifile at this moment)
  it handles descrambling (though without WMA it's probably
  useless inside ffmpeg...
* extended AVStream structure to return information about
  stream time length
* extended AVStream to export  extra data found after standard
  headers - not really usefull for ffmpeg - but Windows codecs
  need them.
* asf parsing is not yet finished but works nicely already
  (at 100% better them before :))

c5510dd63b * Add code for ffserver to get stream output formats: guess_stream_format 
* Add real parse_date code. This is much more robust and can handle localtime and UTC

8b3c13f9f1 Add another asf output format type -- asf_stream. The convention is that 
ffserver will always try and use the _stream suffix if possible.

* Some BeOS fixes:
- errno stuff
- nanosleep() replacement
- added a doc/README.beos

* mov reader still has problems with most videos (skips many chunks),
- It should now read .mov files with zlib-compressed moov headers (aka cmov)
- added SVQ1 support.
- removed mapping 'raw ' and 'yuv2' to h263, was my mistake.
- added IMA4 support. (tested)
- fixed frame rate (it reported 0 fps or something before)
- extended file probing ('wide' and 'free' atoms)
- improved .mov/.mp4 detection (or so I think)

* adpcm
* added zlib support, with header file and lib check
