avformat/adxdec: set avctx->channels in adx_read_header
...
It is used in adx_read_packet, which currently depends on the
decoder/parser setting this value between reading the file header and
demuxing the first packet.

adxdec: get rid of an avpriv function
...
The only thing the demuxer needs is the sample rate to set the timebase,
which can be simply read with AV_RB32.

adx: rename ff_adx_decode_header() to avpriv_adx_decode_header()
...
It is used by the ADX decoder, and therefore needs to be exported in order to
work with shared libs.
