9e6c124a87 Disable MPEG-1/2 style timestamp calculation for H264. It still randomizes 
the timestamps because delay is not known for the first few frames.

3a41c2f769 Move av_read_frame/parser related buffer variables from AVFormatContext

demuxed with new API is automatically converted to the old API,
allowing old applications to stay functional.
