3b0fc60592 Don't install rtsp.h. It is intended to be private, it depends on rtp code 
which isn't installed anyway (so it doesn't work).

In the process, also remove public/private API comments from rtsp headers
because they are unnecessary.

e99f76ab79 Add a second metadata compatibility layer, so that metadata that gets

95e99a769c Allow selecting only the mpegtsraw demuxer. 
This fixes the following option set:
  --disable-encoders --disable-decoders --disable-parsers --disable-bsfs
  --disable-muxers --disable-demuxers --disable-protocols
  --enable-demuxer=mpegtsraw
