Updated German translation 
a note for future translators: "relay" so wie einige andere Ausdrücke wurde nicht übersetzt und bleibt hier als Fachbegriff bzw. Namen "Relay" anstatt "Relai". Ist in der IT so üblich. Ich versuche so viel wie möglich ins Deutsche zu übersetzen, damit kein "Denglisch" dabei herauskommt, soweit es eben Sinn macht und der deutsche Begriff nicht zu Verwirrung statt Klärung führt.
