Make possible to add a quote text to reposts.

I also miss this feature so frequently. I then copy the post ID and then mention it with an "@" but sometimes I then go and check the preview if "@" was the right thing to put there or if it works without which it did not last time I checked.

Please do like Twitter and open the two options upon clicking the repost button:

When choosing "Quote", just pre-fill a new post with the @nevent... or whatever is the correct way to quote events.
