Describe the bug

Half my "conversations" are with spammers and blocking doesn't remove them from the list of conversations.

Expected behavior

Remove blocked users from my view in /messages. Maybe show them after a fold labeled "likely spam".
Sort them blow the non-blocked users.

Additional context

As the block list is likely to only ever grow while these accounts get blocked on relays, we probably need a more efficient data structure to block them or a heuristic to avoid needing to spam them. Please show messages from non-follows under a "likely spam" tab or so.
