Describe the bug

I wanted to mention npub1a3xjg8pngvgm8gcygvlwx3ptu2wsaz88asvmshkl9waznwf4vh3qqrx0r7 and couldn't get Snort to list him. Neither with the inline search following @kiwi nor using the search feature searching for people called "lamb" or "kiwi". Only after posting with @npub1a3xjg8pngvgm8gcygvlwx3ptu2wsaz88asvmshkl9waznwf4vh3qqrx0r7, these searches above started working.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Debian
Browser: FF

Additional context

I would expect my follows to always be cached and ready to be mentioned.

@satosh still doesn't list SatoshiSound even though we follow each other.

I'm pretty sure it did not show in search neither before. Now I tried again and people search found the account but right after that, mentioning did only list "Wallet of Satoshi" when doing @satoshi.
