Describe the bug

I uploaded a screenshot and it was shown under the text input with name and "100%" but no url in my text. Hitting the invisible reply button (see screenshot), the image was not in my TextNote.

When trying to reply somewhere else, I again saw the screenshot attachment from before.

This issue persists and has me using other clients :( Staring at the dev console I don't see anything obvious to add. The issue is 100% reproducible.
