Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
User may be confused as to why they can interact with reactions in a logged out mode. Tanel has pointed this out as well.

Describe the solution you'd like
In logged out mode, clicking reactions should take users to the signup flow (probably from a modal)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Not doing nothing, and people getting confused.

Nope, just take users to a sign up modal when they click on any reactions in a signed out mode.
