Describe the bug

Not all paid relays are marked as such. When I open main page and click "relays" (load more using specific relay), some relays like

nostr.naut.social
knostr.neutrine.com
nostr.wine

are marked as paid, but some relays like

xmr.usenostr.org

are not marked as paid, even though they are.
Is that one relay operator's problem or a bug? Idk...

OS: windows 10
Browser: Brave v 1.60.118
Version: Couldn't find where service version is written. Bug was up on www.iris.to by 21.11.2023 with fully cleared cash.

This list of relays should only show free relays, but not all relays are marking themselves as paid relays so its impossible to know without the relay labeling itself as such.
