Add placeholder background color on Profile Banner space so it's not empty while loading #709

When you visit a profile for the first time, you may see a huge empty space there while the image loads. This doesn't look good. We can add a background color behind the image to show that there's something there, just not visible yet.

Here is a quick example of a profile I barely captured in time:
