62df111cf0 Use -Werror=implicit only with gcc 
Some other compilers turn too many warnings into errors with this flag.

e7edeb9191 When tracking non-zero coefficients during Indeo 5 decoding, make sure 
it does not ignore coefficient value = 256.

non-interlaced video.
