4bb9adcff1 10000l PIX_FMT_MONOWHITE check was really a || 1. 
Thats what happens when one does not do the full set of tests before each commit
and just quickly goes over the diff thinking, "hey its a trivial change".

77298e99b7 Make it possible to disable loop filter in VC-1. 
Unlike H.264 it does not affect picture quality on any files I've watched.

febcbd65fa Correct pulse amplitude application - a negative or 0 coefficient implies the 
pulse is subtracted, else it is added. Also avoid a divide by 0.

5fe4aad711 Correct normalization constant for the vertical filter, iam not

91ba93e68b vorbis_enc : set coded_frame->pts value to running sample count.
