a9aa346717 change audio volume range so that the very slow division by 100 can be avoided 
alternatively we could also use a nicer default = 100 or 1.0 scale and internally change it (patch welcome)

d07355da77 Fixes rgb32to16 conversion for I think all platforms since the int8 
cast should never have worked. Tested on PowerPC and fixes the black GUI
to show the content.

4e4d983e8b Set keyframe flag only on IDR-frames (needed for reordering across I-frames). 
Read vui bitstream restrictions (allows B-frame delay in advance, rather than waiting till we're out of order.)
Mark duplicate frames due to delay as duplicates.
