99e5a9d1ea Do not redundantly check for both CONFIG_THEORA_DECODER and CONFIG_VP3_DECODER. 
The Theora decoder depends on the VP3 decoder.

07874f2298 Due to a typo in videogen.c, the regression test videos were not as 
complex as originally planned.
Typo fixed (the background moves less linear now) and regression test
results updated.

8beb41783a Replace two occurrences of 'vfwcap_demuxer' with 'vfwcap_indev', I

df5cdc24b9 configure: handle --cpu before running compiler 
It is possible that the compiler requires flags set by the --cpu
option, so we should not attempt to run it before those flags have
been added.

88ec6ac9e4 configure: do not warn about mismatching altivec/cpu selection
