83a6c1a69c Strings in extended content header are UTF16, 
so terminating NULLs are 2 bytes long, not 1.

f4060611e9 Merge decode_cabac_mb_type_b() into calling code. 
This avoids a conditional branch and is about 3 cpu cyclues faster.
