c79eddaff1 lavfi/aconvert: use libswresample. 
This commit also drops the planar parameter; you now need to use the 'p'
suffix in order to request a planar sample format.

316fc7443b avcodec: Add av_fast_padded_malloc(). 
Wrapper around av_fast_malloc() that keeps FF_INPUT_BUFFER_PADDING_SIZE
zero-padded bytes at the end of the used buffer.
