18099ade6f Declare ff_interleave_new_audio_packet as static, it is not used 
outside of audiointerleave.c.  Also remove the function declaration
  from the header as it is now static.

overallocated buffer where to put the encoded string.

8468664bd8 Remove 'const' qualifier from variable in av_parse_video_frame_size().
