df8a7dff29 Remove delayed_output_pic, I do not understand what this variable was good for. 
It is simpler and might be faster now.

197ea52443 Make frames non reference by default, so they are disposed of automatically 
in MPV_frame_start() if we break out due to an error at a random place.

cfcd396bae Only realloc() bitstream buffer when the needed size increased, 
this is needed to prevent loosing bitstream data with large metadata.

c6002ea14d MPEGTS: Improve probe function 
When a sync byte is found, check that transport_error_indicator is zero,
and adaptation_field_control is valid (non-zero).

5eb0f2a425 float_to_int16_interleave: change src to an array of pointers instead of assuming it's contiguous. 
this has no immediate effect, but will allow it to be used in more codecs.

av_open_input_stream(). Fix a segmentation fault due to a double free
on the same pointer.
