Made some UI improvements mainly to notes based on the designs at https://www.figma.com/file/Q79i1WVA1bIAzYaLihgteN/Snort?node-id=4%3A574&t=mUMvOjxdLFN1GR9h-0

Idea is to slowly refactor the css to have everything into semantic variables and then we can build different themes on top of that.
